Introduction
1 Mary Jewellery is a wholesale jewellery company and is not open to the public.
2 Mary Jewellery operates on a first come first served bases, appointments are not possible.
3 All new potential clients must apply for an account and be approved prior to visiting or calling for inquiries. Please see the Sign in page on our website for instructions on how to apply for an account.
4 Mary Jewellery has the right to question you and your business history. Valid identification and business credentials are required when visiting.
5 Clients cannot send their customers, relatives or friends to Mary Jewellery as they will be denied access.
6 Clients must get prior approval before sending their employee or courier to make purchases or pickups.
7 Clients must know what they want to purchase upon arrival.
8 Clients requesting to put items on hold must pay for the item in full. Refunds or returns are not permitted on held items.
9 Orders are not accepted over the phone, all orders whether pick up or delivery must be e-mailed in.
Terms
10 Mary Jewellery does not offer any terms.
11 Mary Jewellery has a $15,000 annual minimum purchase requirement from the time the account was created. Clients that do not meet the annual minimum requirement will have their account terminated without notice.
Returns
12 Mary Jewellery only offers store credit on valid approved returns.
13 Mary Jewellery cannot refund your credit or debit card.
14 Items under $100.00 are final sale.
15 Returned items over $100.00 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
16 Mary Jewellery offers a 30 day warranty from manufacturing defects on Canadian manufactured products only. Imported products do not have a warranty. It is the client's responsibility to inquire and know whether an item is Canadian made or imported.
17 Prices in the catalogues are outdated and no longer valid.
18 Clients must verify their cost upon purchasing.
19 Negligence of selling product based on invalid catalogue pricing will result in non refundable items.
Shipping
20 Mary Jewellery only ships with FedEx and Xpresspost.
21 Pick up service is available.
22 Once a package has left Mary Jewellery’s premises it is the courier’s responsibility to ensure the package arrives to your business.
23 Clients must track their own shipments.
24 Refunds are not provided if package is delivered late to your business.
Products
25 Mary Jewellery sells a wide range of gold & silver jewellery along with findings. Genuine, created and synthetic stones including lab diamonds and moissanites are also available.
26 Mary Jewellery does not sell 22k or 24k gold jewellery.
27 Mary Jewellery’s trademark is YRAM.
28 Mary Jewellery does not sell costume jewellery.
29 Prices are constantly fluctuating and are subject to change without notice.
30 Quotations are only valid on the day the quotation was provided.
