Orders will be shipped in the order that they are received. Average time to prepare an order for shipping is 24 to 48 hours. Do you accept returns?

Yes, if you already have an account set up you may call us to place your order by phone. Are prices in the PDF catalogues valid?
The prices in the catalogues are not valid. Out of stock product – how long before you re-stock?
Re-stocking of items normally takes about 4-6 weeks, however in some cases if the product is made overseas it could take longer. If you require something urgently please call in and ask about placing a special order as sometime we are able to speed up the delivery time. Is there a warranty on the products you sell?
Yes, we have a 30 day warranty on all products produced in Canada. Warranty is limited to products that have not been altered in any way. Products that are made in Canada and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged within a 30 day period. Can I come in to pick up my order?
Only orders placed by phone or by e-mail are able to be picked up in store. If you place your order on the website there is no pick up feature, the order must be shipped out. I cannot find what I am looking for on your site.
