Q) Is your company open to everyone?
A) No,Mary Jewellery is a wholesale business therefore it is only open to jewellery companies with a physical store and or online jewellery companies with a valid check out process.

Q) If I’m a jewellery student do I have access to your store?
A) Yes, jewellery students have access to Mary Jewellery. You must be enrolled in a valid jewellery program at an accredited school and you are required to provide student identification or program enrollment when visiting each time.

Q) If I graduate from my jewellery program, do I still have access to purchase from Mary Jewellery?
A) Yes, you are able to purchase products up to a year after course completion. After one year of graduation, you have to register your company with Mary Jewellery, see next question for details.

Q) How can I register my jewellery company with you?
A)Please send an email to info@maryjewellery.com with the following requirements:
•	Company name
•	Owners name
•	Number of years in business
•	Physical store address
•	Webstore address with a valid check out process
•	Telephone number
•	E-mail address
•	Copy of business license
The accounts department will respond to your email within 10 business days. Please ensure all information is provided in full. Registration requests with missing information will not be replied to.

Q) What are your business hours?
A) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST.

Q) Do you offer terms?
A) No, Mary Jewellery does not offer terms.

Q) Is there warranty on the products you sell?
A) Mary Jewellery offers a 30 day warranty from manufacturing defects on Canadian manufactured products. Imported products do not have a warranty.

CATALOGUES

Q) Are the prices in your catalogues valid?
A) No, all prices in the Mary Jewellery catalogues are no longer valid.

Q) Is there a minimum order requirement?
A) No there is no minimum order requirement however Mary Jewellery has a $15,000 yearly minimum purchase requirement.

Q) Are the weights in your catalogues correct?
A) All weights in Mary Jewellery’s catalogues are approximate.

ORDERS

Q) How can I place my order?
A)Orders must be placed via e-mail. You may place your order by emailing info@maryjewellery.com – please ensure your name, your company name, company address and telephone number are provided with every e-mail.

Q) How long does it take to process and get my order?
A) Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is prepared it will normally take 1 to 2 days for the shipment to arrive to you. Delivery times are location specific. Some rural locations could take up to a week for delivery

Q) What companies do you ship with?
A) Mary Jewellery only ships with FedEx.

Q) If my customer did not like the product can I return it?
A) Yes, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for only a store credit. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Restocking fees will also apply. All Items less than $100.00 are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Q) Holding items for pick up - if my customer liked a product can you put it aside and I’ll pick it up later?
A) No, Mary Jewellery has a first come first served policy.

Q) What payment methods are available?
A) All major credit cards such as Amex, Visa and MasterCard are accepted along with cash, E-Transfer and PayPal payments.

Q) Can I get merchandise on memo or consignment?
A) No, Mary Jewellery does not offer memo or consignment services.

Q) If an item is out of stock how long does it take to get it back in stock?
A) Out of stock merchandise is generally restocked within 3 weeks.

Q) Can I order a custom piece?
A) No,if your order has already been processed,we cannot add or piggy back to it. You will have to place a new order.

Q) Can I add on to my order?
A) No there is no minimum order requirement however Mary Jewellery has a $15,000 yearly minimum purchase requirement.

Q) Can I cancel my order?
A) Yes, but only if it has not been processed yet.

Q) Do you offer color photo engraving services?
A) Mary Jewellery offers color photo resin services.

Q) Are the prices on your website retail?
A) Yes, prices on the website are retail.

Q) If I’m a registered customer how can I see my prices?
A) You have to send an email to info@maryjewellery.com asking to set up your log in information and follow instructions from that point on.

Q) Can I use the pictures on your website on my own website?
A) Yes, Mary Jewellery encourages all customers to use photos from the website.
